Returns & Refunds
Our policy for returning items and getting refunded.
Return window
- You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Only delivered orders are eligible; one active return request per order.
- Items should be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all accessories.
How to start a return
Open the order under My Orders, choose Request Return, pick the items and quantity, and tell us the reason. You can track the request under My Returns.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and approved, the refund is initiated to your original payment method (or bank transfer / store credit where applicable).
- Refunds typically reflect in 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
- If an order is cancelled before dispatch, any prepaid amount is refunded to the original payment method.
